HOTHOTHOT

GOSH its hott today! where the heck ARE U, SPRING? don't even TELL me that there is no tights weather because I have soooo many pairs to wear! hmf. The warm weather seems to take my stress away, dunno why, but maybe its because I DID get alot of things done last week- ordered all my postcards + MOOs ect. Still need to work on those silly cake plate bases UGH. Had a book class yesterday + we made this :

...except only 4 people showed up which is disappointing. On top of Jane LAYING me off t the Frame UP basically, I'm really not going back this time, EVER. But again, somehow the SUN makes it all not seem so bad. THANK U SUN. Gotta do some toyzz reading (aka SKIMMING mwhaha)

SR YR has swallowed me WHOLE + will spit me out at 9:00 on May 18th probably. By then I will have my NEW BLOG on rebeccamakesthis.com which is coming soon so keep an eye out!! I'm currently working on popcorn postcards + watching some Law + Order. Hopefully I will get some SERIOUS sleep tonight!

New PATTERNS!

Making some new patterns to print tomorrow. I am going to have at least 3 7foot samples hanging in the show with some foiling I think. YUM! I finally turned in my BIG paper today- it even make Steph throw up ick! It feels SO good to turn in your LAST BIG PAPER EVER!!

Sunday Funday

SO close your eyes + picture this : 2 hours non-stop of girls running around in PRINCESS outfits! Doesn't it make you want a nap? Yeah me too! Thats how I spent the AM - early afternoon - at the Fairy Tale Festival downtown making exquisite corpses gaaaaaah. Summer camp is WAY better because no one wears a princess dress hahahah! (At least Chris was there with the Walters so he feels my pain!) After that, Ben + I played with concrete- will take some pics once its dried, we made bases for some pieces for my show. Onto finishing my paper YES!

RAIN

Momma went to 'Lantic City this AM, hope she wins some cash money! not that she would give me any ANYWAY. going to the Frame Up + then Dads today, then onto that paper that I'm putting off, I think I have written one paragraph as of yet. Time for some eggs.

So I got the email today announcing I DIDN'T get nominated for the Marburg, I def got my hopes up too high. I'm pretty sure who did get nominated, + its probably because my proposal was lacking MEAT. At least my work has some PIZAZZ. Stuff that into your pocket bitches!! Can you tell I'm a little disappointed?! Oh well, at least I don't have to write the real thing because I'm pretty much checked out. And this 8 pager due on Monday isn't going to write itself....!! THIS does make it a little better.
